Following its lackluster fourth quarter sales report last week, Cabela's said that despite its plan to cut capital spending by 70%, it still plans to open stores in Scarborough, ME and Rapid City, SD, in 2008. Stores scheduled to open in 2009 include locations in Billings, MT, and East Rutherford, NJ.
