Cabela's Inc. announced the addition of Scott K. Williams to its executive team. Williams will be joining Cabela's as executive vice president and chief marketing and e-commerce officer. Previously, Williams served as president of Fanatics, Inc., a vertically integrated online retailer of team and league licensed sports apparel and collectibles, which he joined in 2010.

While at Fanatics, Inc., Williams led business and financial results with specific emphasis on marketing, IT, business development and manufacturing.

Before joining Fanatics, Inc., Williams was a corporate vice president of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. from 2006 to 2010. While at Wal-Mart, Williams served as the general manager of Samsclub.com and had full responsibility for this business unit, including profitability, merchandising, margins and call center, distribution and returns operations.

Before joining Wal-Mart, Williams spent 10 years with OfficeMax Incorporated. While at OfficeMax, Williams held a series of key leadership positions, including senior vice president, OfficeMax Direct Business Segment and senior vice president, marketing.
