With pride and a sense of renewed commitment, Buck Knives announces the promotion of Veronica Toporek-Cox to Vice President of Marketing. With a solid 14 years of experience in marketing and the outdoor industry, this is the second promotion for Toporek-Cox at Buck in the past two years.
Toporek-Cox has established herself as an indispensable part of the Buck
Knives team. Charged with the development and management of the Buck brand
through the implementation of a highly developed Marketing Strategic Plan,
Toporek-Cox has been able to identify and capitalize on opportunities within
existing markets, as well as to expand penetration in newer market segments.
Aiming at new target markets including women and younger people active in
outdoor pursuits, Toporek-Cox was an integral part of Buck Knives¹ 10
percent sales growth in 2002.
