The Brother International Corporation Industrial Products Division said it is now offering a new print head cleaning service for their GT-541 and GT-782 garment printers that would help to virtually eliminate production down time, and in some cases, the expense of having to purchase new print heads.
The company said the new head cleaning service allows Brother inkjet garment printer owners to ship their print heads to Brother to be cleaned to enhance printer performance. This service only covers print heads for the GT-541 and GT-782 that are two years old or less from the date of installation. In addition, buyers must be a registered Brother customer to apply for this offer (if not, additional charges may apply).
“With the new Brother head cleaning service, our garment printer customers wont have to worry about production downtime as a result of head clogging issues, and in many cases, they may save money by not having to purchase a new head.
