Brixton hired Colleen O’Neill, formerly at Hybrid Apparel, as its new president. She succeeds CEO Seth Ellison, who is retiring.

O’Neill was formerly EVP, licensing & emerging brands at Hybrid Apparel, a design, development, sourcing, production, and apparel distribution company based in Cypress, CA. Both Brixton, a lifestyle brand with roots in surf and skate based in Oceanside, CA, and Hybrid Apparel are owned by Altamont Capital Partners.

“I could not be more excited to join this team at such a pivotal time. Brixton has always stood out for its authentic voice and deep cultural roots,” O’Neill said in a statement. “I’m honored to join a brand with such a meaningful legacy and look forward to building on its foundation as we grow creatively and globally.”
