Brine will be the official sponsor of the inaugural First 4, an elite NCAA lacrosse invitational created to showcase the top Division I men’s college lacrosse programs, on March 12, 2005 at the Home Depot Center in Los Angeles, CA. Brine’s two-year contract as official sponsor marks the continued relationship between Brine and Pantheon International, producer of The First 4 and the Algonquin Cup, another Brine sponsored lacrosse event held annually in the fall.

The premier one-day invitational will feature non-stop lacrosse play from reigning NCAA champions Syracuse and leading NCAA teams Norte Dame, University of North Carolina
and Georgetown along with preliminary competition between select high school and club lacrosse teams. Brine is the offical equipment supplier for Syracuse, Notre Dame and
UNC. In support of The First 4 Tournament Brine athletes Mikey Powell, Tillman Johnson, Kevin Cassese, and Mike Battista will be on hand at the event to sign autographs.
