OIWC, or Outdoor Industries Women's Coalition, announced that Jessica Klodnicki, executive vice president and general manager of Bell Helmets & Blackburn Accessories, will be the featured speaker at the Interbike Keynote and Awards Presentation on Wednesday, Sept. 10.


OIWC’s Keynote Presentation provides a platform for industry leaders to share best practices around business sustainability and innovation through diversity within their peers. Klodnicki, who is pictured to the right, will explore solutions that move our industries toward greater gender equity and leadership diversity in the workplace including filling the pipeline, ensuring employees match customer base, and participation trends in recreational cycling.

In her current role, Jessica is responsible for growing the Bell and Blackburn brands globally through innovative products and integrated brand marketing that build equity with core consumers.

 

 

Prior to joining BRG Sports, Jessica served in a variety of senior management roles with leading consumer goods companies. Most recently she was the Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing & Management for Mizuno USA, Inc. where she led consumer insights, brand development and integrated marketing across the Running, Golf, Baseball, Softball and Volleyball categories.
