Branded Bills, the manufacturer of headwear and custom lifestyle apparel headquartered in Tempe, AZ, has expanded its national sales team, timed with the recent relocation of the company’s headquarters to a newly leased 96,407-square-foot facility—over 2.5 times larger than its previous 37,000-square-foot location in Mesa.

The new headquarters consolidates warehouse, production, sales, and creative operations, increasing capacity and efficiency to support continued scale.

“The move to our new building gave us room to breathe and room to grow,” said Carl Montanye, national sales director at Branded Bills. “Even with all the logistical hurdles that come with relocating, our team never missed a beat, and the results speak for themselves. We’re on track for our strongest year ever.”

The company reported in a media release an “estimated 50 percent year-over-year growth for the first half of 2025, capping off a transformative spring.”

To meet growing demand, Branded Bills has added three new account reps to deepen relationships across key territories.

  • Jeff Dibona, based in the Northeast, brings extensive experience in golf and premium custom headwear.
  • Dan Giedemeyer, based in Indiana, will serve the Midwest region, focusing on independent golf and resort accounts.
  • Griffin Stoddard, based in Tempe, covers the West Coast.

“Each of these hires reflects our belief in serving customers where they are, with a rep who knows their region and understands their business,” said Montanye. “This team strengthens our ability to deliver speed, service and premium products where it matters most.”

Branded Bills chose to hold pricing steady in the first half of the year.

“With so much tariff noise this year, it would have been easy to pass those increases along. But we didn’t,” Montanye added. “Instead, we doubled down on our commitment to the partners who’ve been with us from the beginning, especially in golf. We know loyalty goes both ways.”

With expanded infrastructure, new team members, and a clear growth trajectory, Branded Bills is optimistic about the second half of 2025.

Founded in 2015, Branded Bills manufactures headwear, apparel, and custom merchandise. Its customer base includes DTC, wholesale and licensed partners across North America.
