Boxto hired seven new independent sales reps for territories across the U.S. The manufacturer of leather golf shoes and belts said in a release that the “new reps have decades of industry experience and deep connections with buyers ranging from green grass shops to big box retailers.”
The new sales representation includes:
- John Adams (Hawaii, Southern California and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico) has worked the West Coast golf scene for over 30 years. He also qualified for four U.S. Mid-Amateur Championships and caddied on the PGA, Champions and LPGA Tours.
- Craig Cowles (New England) has over 20 years of golf sales experience. He was the long-time head golf coach at Elms College in Chicopee, MA, building a Division III program that won NECC and ECAC championships.
- Mike Holub (Illinois and Wisconsin) is a former golf pro who partnered with several apparel and accessory brands during his career.
- Kelly Malott (Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.) is a former golf pro who transitioned to a sales career over a decade ago.
- Gary Martin (Arizona, Nevada and Northern California) has worked with various golf brands since 1987. He was named the Northern California PGA Salesperson of the Year in 2016.
- Dean Middleton (New York, New Jersey and Fairfield County, CT) has worked in the Tri-State area for decades and has partnered with soft- and hard-good brands.
- Justin Small (Coastal South Carolina, Florida and Georgia) was the long-time golf shop manager at Maine’s Northeast Harbor Golf Club before moving to Naples, FL.
“We’ve got big goals for Boxto in 2024 and have assembled an outstanding sales team to help us reach them,” said Raul Flores, CEO. “As our boots on the ground, these gentlemen will be critical to our success in the U.S.’s biggest and most important golf markets.”
Boxto launched at the 2023 PGA Merchandise Show. Boxto manufactures its products in Leon, Mexico.
