Boathouse Sports officially signed on as a sponsor of the US Collegiate Development rugby camp.  Boathouse Sports will be providing players and coaches attending the June 23 – 26th showcase camp at Dartmouth College with custom rugby uniforms and team sideline apparel.

The camp is being managed and lead by Alex Magleby, USA Rugby’s National Development Director and Technical Director of  Dartmouth Rugby who as coach, lead the team to seven consecutive Ivy Titles and 2 Nations Collegiate Sevens Championships. Magleby has also served as coach of the US National Sevens team and the Men’s Collegiate All-American teams.

”Boathouse has been a tremendous partner for Dartmouth,” said Magleby – “and we were thrilled to work with them as one of our charter sponsors for the USDC. Their gear is outstanding – and they were able to provide us with great looking custom product for our athletes and coaches that really conveyed the brand image of the camp.”

“We are very excited to have America’s premier high school rugby players and coaches in our gear” said Doug Tibbetts, president of Boathouse Sports.  “Alex is known for being an innovator  – and this camp is the latest example of his forward thinking. We are pleased to be associated with this effort to enhance American rugby participation and competiveness at the collegiate level”.

In May of 2014, Boathouse Sports renewed its agreement with the Ivy Rugby Conference through 2017 as the official outfitter of the Ivy Rugby Conference.
