Boa Inc. hired Jeff Fleming to the new position of global sales and marketing manager.
Fleming’s new position will task him with bringing greater distribution and overall brand presence to the running market. Boa’s main goal is to foster relationships with current and future running specialty retailers through co-marketing, aggressive margins and in-stock product.
“Jeff is by nature competitive in spirit and creative in attitude. His personality is one that will mesh perfectly into the company culture and give him the edge he needs to forge a path through the crowded landscape of the current running market,” said Brad Thompson, general manager and operations chief.
Fleming comes from both an entrepreneurial and sales background as first a self-started personal trainer and then as a regional sales manager for cycling accessory brand Serfas.
