Bioniq, the London-based provider of personalized healthcare supplements, reported it acquired Vaha, the German-based home fitness mirror brand.
Under the acquisition, Vaha will become part of the Bioniq global platform. Currently available in eight countries in the EMEA, Bioniq said it plans to expand into four more countries, including the U.S., by the end of 2023.
