Benelli USA has named Tom DeBolt as their General Manager.
In his new position DeBolt will direct and control Benelli USA's sales, marketing, finance, customer service, inventory, distribution and administration. DeBolt will also be responsible for Benelli USA's strategic direction for the family of brands. He will oversee the overall functional management of Benelli USA with accountability for profits and losses from operations as it applies to sales and product development and management.
DeBolt will be responsible for driving efforts to position and maintain Benelli USA brands as leaders in existing and emerging markets through a network of shooting sports dealers, national accounts and conservation groups.
DeBolt began his career in 1992 with the Black & Decker Corporation and progressed through several leadership roles in the areas of sales, marketing and business development for the company's DeWalt Industrial Tools Division.
Most recently he led efforts as Benelli USA's VP of Sales with particular focus on Benelli's introduction of its latest semiautomatic shotgun model-the ETHOS.
