Barcelona, the five-time UEFA champion, said it agreed a record-breaking 10-year deal with Nike.
The 10-year deal, commencing at the start of the 2018/19 season, pays at least €155 million ($170 million) per year.
The extended apparel agreement surpasses the previous world record for an annual fee set by Premier League team Manchester United.
Barcelona Vice President Manuel Arroyo disclosed the agreement at the club’s annual general meeting on Saturday. Nike has been manufacturing Barcelona’s kits since 1998.
