The Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM) appointed Susan Shade to AGM’s Vendor Advisory Board. Shade is the executive vice president of golf sales at the Tharanco Group.

Shade is an industry veteran with over 30 years of professional management experience in apparel, golf, fitness, and e-commerce. Her background includes leadership roles at TGW.com, Golfsmith, Callaway, Tommy Hilfiger, Tehàma, and Izod.

At Tharanco Group, Shade oversees the golf division, which includes distributing the Greg Norman Collection to over 50 countries. Other brands in the company’s portfolio include Dunning Golf, Tourney and Nick Graham Clothing.

As VP of merchandising at TGW.com, she was responsible for “$110 million in e-commerce sales.” At Fletcher Leisure Group, she “successfully launched Tommy Hilfiger Golf into the U.S. and European markets.”
