We are currently on a search for an Associate Marketing Manager to join our OnField Apparel team! In this role, you will develop, plan, present and execute retail marketing initiatives to drive sell in and sell thru of OnField apparel and headwear.

Your main accountabilities will be to:

• Work closely/proactively with Product and Sales to determine key initiatives and help
  effect sell in.
• Develop full year account specific marketing plans/calendars and assist in presentation;
  oversee creative/production costs and project related budget responsibilities.
• Communicate regularly with outside vendors.
• Execute multiple retail specific marketing and in store initiatives simultaneously during
  key selling periods.
• Manage day to day relationships with key national/regional retail partners and league
  counterparts.
• Build consistent and impactful in store presence for RBK, supporting primarily
  headwear, performance apparel, outerwear and women’s.
• Participate in long term strategic planning, developing big picture goals and ways to
  measure success at retail.
• Help maximize league relationships for Reebok Brand.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications with a minimum of 4-6 years of Marketing/Advertising experience is required. Retail marketing experience is a major plus. Strong work ethic and communication skills are essential. PowerPoint and Excel proficiency are required.
