Greg W. Slack has resigned from Ashworth, Inc. according to a filing with the SEC. Slack, who was VP-finance, corporate controller and principal accounting officer of Ashworth, Inc., confirmed that his resignation was not a result of any material disagreement with the company as to the company's operations, policies or practices.
