Ashworth, Inc. reported that it is once again ranked by the Darrell Survey as the number one golf brand in shirt usage among golf consumers. This is the seventh consecutive year that Ashworth has been ranked number one.
Conducted annually, the prestigious Darrell Consumer Survey ranked Ashworth with the largest usage among golfers with a 12.6% market share. The second ranked shirt brand had a 7.7% market share.

In addition, Ashworth, Inc., the official apparel licensee of Callaway Golf Company, in the United States, reported that it nearly doubled the Callaway Golf apparel brand's market share to 1.3% from 0.7% in 2002.
Ashworth, Inc., launched the Callaway Golf apparel line at the 2002 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, FL. “We are excited by the early success of the Callaway Golf apparel line. This is very encouraging growth for such a new apparel line,” commented Mr. Herrel.
