Arena, the Italian swim specialist, hired Kamila Pilwein as global marketing and trade marketing director. She was the EMEA head of channel marketing for Boardriders.
Reporting to Deputy CEO Giuseppe Musciacchio, Pilwein will lead the development of marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B channels.

Pilwein has over 16 years of experience in marketing roles working in Europe and in the U.S. At Boardriders, she managed six brands across action sports, lifestyle and marine sectors.
