Arcus Hunting, LLC has appointed Matt Kinamore as senior director of product development and category management, overseeing the company’s portfolio across key categories, including hunting and fishing scents, scent elimination, and outdoor accessories.
Arcus, which owns the Tink’s, Dead Down Wind, Ramcat Broadheads, and Trophy Taker brands, said in a media release that Kinamore’s leadership “will be instrumental in driving future innovation and expansion within the company’s diverse product lines.”

Kinamore most recently held positions at American Outdoor Brands, where he “excelled in brand management and marketing, and at MidwayUSA in merchandising and marketing,” the company said. “Throughout his career, Kinamore has demonstrated a talent for developing products that enhance the outdoor experience for consumers.”
