Arcus Hunting, LLC, the manufacturer of Tink’s, Dead Down Wind, Ramcat Broadheads, and Trophy Taker, hired Jody Agnew as chief executive officer.

Agnew joins Arcus Hunting with more than 25 years of experience in consumer products. Most recently, he was the chief revenue officer for Revo Brands (parent company of the Real Avid and Outdoor Edge brands). He has also held management positions at Fiskars Outdoors, American Outdoor Brands, Timberland, Reebok, and Newell Rubbermaid.

Agnew succeeds Corey Consuegra who announced his resignation from the company in January.

“Jody has made a strong impression on the board with his vision to expand on the success of our leading brands,” Phil Robinson, chairman of the Board, said. “The Board and I are confident that Jody is the right person to lead our company to new levels of success,” Robinson continued. “He is a seasoned leader with significant experience in hunting categories. We are lucky to have him as our next CEO, and we thank Corey for his important contributions to the business over the past four-plus years.”

Agnew has experience in sales, marketing, product development, manufacturing, and sourcing and has led cross-functional teams across various industries. He is well-versed in strategic planning, budget management, training, and employee engagement.
