Arbor Snowboarding, the California-based action sports brand, reported new hires and internal promotions across sales, marketing, and products.

New Arbor employees include Matt Patti as general manager, Cale Meyer as marketing director, Garrett Gibb as senior manager of product development, and Trevor Brady as North American sales manager. Promotions include Scott Klameki as international sales manager, Eddie Wall as product marketing manager, Dave Marx as brand marketing manager, and Sky Ceballos as customer service and warranty rep.

“These are big moves for Arbor building up the marketing, product and sales teams, and it’s a very exciting time to be part of the brand,” said Patti. “Scott, Cale, Garrett, Eddie, Dave, Trevor, Jack, Sky, and Mike are all pros who are stepping into critical roles at a critical time, and their combined expertise will help us be more strategic and tactical while at the same time continuing to honor the 28-year legacy that makes Arbor the brand that it is today.”

Patti (right) was hired as GM in March after seven years as the senior global category manager for Vans Snowboarding and MTE. Before that, he worked in leadership roles at Arbor Snowboarding across product, brand and logistics for over a decade.

For several years, Klameki led global sales for Arbor Snowboarding and will now focus on growing the brand in key global regions. Before Arbor, he worked at K2 Snowboarding, Burton and Milosport in Salt Lake City; among others. Stevens comes from Foundry Distribution and Ceballos formerly worked at Arbor’s flagship store in Venice, CA.
