Brad Johnson, chairman and CEO of United Sporting Companies and Crosman Corporation’s Executive Chairman and Interim CEO, has been appointed to the American Suppressor Association (ASA) board of directors.
The ASA is the unified voice of the suppressor industry with the mission to unite and advocate for the common interests of suppressor manufacturers, distributors, dealers and consumers. To accomplish this mission, their principal initiatives focus on state lobbying, federal lobbying, public education and industry research.
Knox Williams, president and executive director of the ASA, stated, “We are incredibly excited to have Brad join our board of directors. As the chief executive of one of the largest companies in our industry, his experience and expertise will certainly strengthen our ability to protect and expand pro-suppressor reform across the country.”
“ASA has made tremendous strides in raising awareness of the benefits and merits of suppressors and I look forward to participating in the ongoing effort to legalize them for use by sportsmen,” said Johnson.
