American Pride Outdoors (APO) finalized the acquisition of Half Rack.
With its acquisition, American Pride Outdoors said it “aims to expand its offerings and provide a wider range of products to hunters around the world.”
APO said Half Rack made a name for itself as a core hunting brand from accessories to apparel. Half Rack also manufactures hunting gear.
Novix Tree Stands, a part of American Pride Outdoors, is set to collaborate with Half Rack.
With the acquisition of Half Rack and the collaboration with Novix Tree Stands, APO said hunters can expect new products to hit the market, from American-made tree stands to hunting gear.
