Amer Sports appointed Mike O’Connell to vice president sales – strategic accounts for Amer Sports Americas. In his new role, O’Connell will be responsible for leading sales efforts in the e-tail, sporting goods retail and mass merchant trade channels for Amer’s portfolio of brands including Wilson, Louisville Slugger, DeMarini, EvoShield, Arc’teryx, Salomon, Atomic and Suunto.
O’Connell previously served as strategic account director for the sporting goods retail channel at Amer Sports.

Mike’s leadership skills and broad multi-channel experience will ensure his success in executing our omni-channel strategy in the United States,” said Bill Kirchner, vice president & general manager, Amer Sports Americas.
