Adidas is set to sign a record-breaking deal to renew with Real Madrid. The ten-year deal is valued at €1.1 billion (U.S. $1.25 bn), according to Marca.

The agreement, which will run from 2020 until 2030, would represents the most expensive kit deal in soccer, according to the report. Adidas will pay more than double the annual €52 million it commits under its current contract with the La Liga club.

The contract could rise to as much as €150 million per year depending on merchandising.

The agreement would also make Madrid the highest paid club on Adidas’ roster, dwarfing the annual €85 million the company currently pays to Premier League stalwarts Manchester United.
