Addaday, the manufacturer of injury prevention and recovery technology, announced the appointment of Hugh Williams as CMO and Kristin Goett as communications director.

Williams joins Addaday after more than 20 years at global marketing agency Weber Shandwick where he was the GM of its Denver office and where he built the firm’s endurance sports practice and led the strategy, development and execution of integrated sports marketing campaigns for leading national brands.

Goett brings five years of in-house communications experience across brands including DISH Network and the University of Denver as well as working as a columnist for Triathlete Magazine. As Addaday’s communications director, Goett will lead all day-to-day communications including social media strategy and execution, media relations, content marketing, and events.

Williams and Goett will be based in Boulder, CO as part of Addaday’s integrated marketing and product innovation push designed to elevate the brand globally.

“Hugh and Kristin bring to Addaday a wealth of award-winning integrated marketing experience across some of the most respected brands in the world to help us up our game and speak more loudly, strategically and authentically,” said Victor Yang, CEO and founder of Addaday. “It also helps that they are both accomplished athletes in their own right and can apply their passion for sports and recovery to help others like them keep moving at their best using our technology.”
