Accell North America (ANA) announced it had completed the integration of Seattle Bike Supply (SBS) and Raleigh America into a new platform that will provide independent bike dealers with virtually every product they need.

The portal will enable dealers to view inventory at ANA’s new warehouses in Ohio, California and Washington as well as SBS’s fulfillment center in Kent, WA through a single B2B portal. Dealers will no longer have to deal with separate ordering, invoicing, credit, and shipping systems to buy products offered by ANA’s three independent companies. Those companies and their brands include Raleigh America (Raleigh and Diamondback bikes), Lapierre North America, (Lapierre bikes); and SBS. In addition to distributing its own line of Redline and Torker bikes and XLC parts, SBS is a distributor for hundreds of third-party parts and accessories brands.

“These investments will significantly increase our combined level of services for ANA companies to support dealer profitability and ease of doing business in 2014,” said Steve Meineke, CEO of ANA. He said dealers can expect improved fill rates and more shipping and payment information in addition to “unmatched sales program incentives, dating and terms, improved forecasting and better inventory availability.”
