Blizzard Tecnica named Justin Heanue to the newly created position of national sales coordinator. Heanue reports directly to Sam Cook, president of Blizzard Tecnica USA.
As the national sales coordinator, Heanue will focus his energies to drive continued sales success by working closely with specialty retailers, the Blizzard Tecnica sales force and the in-house team.
“Blizzard and Tecnica have experienced strong and consistent growth over the past five years. This new role is an integral step to ensure we provide the highest levels of support to our retail partners,” commented Cook.
In addition to his involvement in the overall sales planning process, Heanue will help create effective sales programs and tools.
“I am thrilled to welcome Justin to the Blizzard Tecnica team. He is energetic, talented and his roots in specialty retail provide a strong foundation for his success in this new role,” continued Cook.
Heanue gained his first ski industry experience working as a sales associate at Pedigree Ski Shop in White Plains, NY and The Ski Bums in Newark, DE. After graduating from the University of Delaware, he spent four years working in the Mid-Atlantic territory as a promotional rep for Nordica USA and most recently as a sales associate with Dave Kleeschulte working with Nordica, POC, Level Gloves, Soze Group and Le Bent.
Heanue is in the process of relocating to the Blizzard Tecnica USA headquarters located in West Lebanon, NH. He starts May 1, 2017.
