Jonas Fitness, an industry leader in health club management software, appointed long-time employee Rick Jones to chief product owner. Jones’ role will include leadership of the flagship software product Compete. He will be tasked with maximizing its value while overseeing the work of the research and development team.
A company mainstay for more than seven years, Jones began his career at Jonas Fitness serving as a training consultant, quickly moving into a team lead role. He then held the titles of product specialist and sales engineer, and was awarded the Most Valuable Player Award by the 2014 Jonas Software Presidents Club.
Jones also brings with him more than 18 years of key industry experience. His expertise allows him to continually maximize the value added to software and services while increasing the benefits for the client base and strategic integrating partners.
