Confluence Watersports has hired Jared Noceti for the CA, NV, and AZ territory. Noceti will be assisting Confluence's Cathy Weil with the territory until the end of season, when Noceti will assume all territory responsibilities and Weil transitions to working with Confluence on a consulting basis as she pursues her other interests. Noceti will be based out of his home office in Sacramento, CA.
“Jared will be a great asset to the company, with his love of paddling and his sales experience in the territory,” said Kelley Woolsey, SVP Sales and Marketing Confluence Watersports. “Cathy has done a great job in her eight years with us and we are most grateful that she will be working with Jared to ensure a smooth transition.”
“I love paddling and to be able to make what I love a part of your job is fantastic, and that is what I've been doing my whole life” said Noceti. “As an avid paddler and having worked in the territory for the past 5 years, I will bring the service and knowledge required for the territory.”
Noceti, a California native, comes to Confluence after five years with WaterMark Paddlesports as a sales rep for the CA, NV, & AZ territory. Noceti has a love for the outdoors and adventure having lead rafting trips in Zimbabwe and Ecuador. Along with his 15 years of paddling experience Noceti is an avid snowboarder and enjoys all the diversity that California has to offer.
