Cutter & Buck Inc. has been named as The PeerNet Group 2003 Vendor of the Year. The PeerNet Group is an alliance of leading promotional products and marketing companies with locations across the United States.
“This is an incredible honor for our Corporate Strategic Business Unit and the Company as a whole. The PeerNet group consists of industry leaders who truly understand the value of a strong partnership between distributor and supplier,” said Brian Thompson, Vice President and Manager of the Corporate Strategic Business Unit. “This award validates that our strategy of providing the highest quality apparel, services and marketing is endorsed by this industry despite the trend of price and quality concessions so common today.”
The award, formally known as the David Cardin award, was presented to Cutter & Buck at the recent P.P.A.I. show in Las Vegas. David W. Cardin was the Chief Operating Officer of Promotional Consultants Inc., a PeerNet company. He died last year after a long battle with non-Hodgkins lymphoma. “PeerNet is a wonderful group of professionals who put friendship and ethics first. No one understood that better than David Cardin and we are thrilled that this award has been presented to Cutter & Buck,” said Jim Nathanson, PeerNet President.
