Brigitte Baron has been appointed account manager of the Northwest region for National Geographic Adventure magazine. Formerly the magazine's New England account manager, Baron is relocating this week from New York to Adventure's Los Angeles office, where she will be responsible for sales in northern California, Oregon and Washington state.
Bryan Kinkade has been hired to replace Baron as National Geographic Adventure's account manager of the New England territory. His appointment is effective immediately. Kinkade was most recently a sales representative at CNET's Computer Shopper magazine; prior to that he held a sales position at Blue magazine.
“Both Brigitte and Bryan share a tremendous passion for the outdoors and they bring a genuine enthusiasm and excitement to the magazine,” said Associate Publisher Peter Fisher. “National Geographic Adventure is committed to delivering to its readers the most authoritative, useful and inspiring adventure travel magazine out there.”
