Reebok released a film called Humans of Reebok, illustrating the company’s unique fitness culture – something that has been an important business catalyst over the past five years since the brand shifted their focus to fitness.

The brand currently pushes to be one of the fittest companies in the industry, with a headquarters that boasts a wide range of facilities and classes for employees to use at any point during the working day.

In fact, Reebok’s fitness culture is so engrained that the company offers many of its applicants the chance to work out after their job interview if they are interested in experiencing the fitness culture while they are there.

This culture is aimed at keeping its workforce strong and healthy and is reflected in the brand’s Be More Human philosophy, which emphasizes the positive effect exercise has on us physically, mentally and socially.

Stats on Reebok’s Fitness Culture:

  • More than 80 percent of Reebok’s 1,000 employees engage in some kind of fitness on a regular basis at work.
