CamelBak Products, LLC today announced the resignation of Gardner Robinson as Vice President of Sales Recreational Division, after seven years with the company.
Under Gardners direction, the CamelBak Recreational Division enjoyed tremendous growth, reaching new markets and expanding into new territories. His energy and positive thinking motivated his sales team to consistently exceed aggressive sales goals and his work ethic and commitment helped CamelBak evolve from a mountain bike accessory to its current leadership position in the outdoor, winter, and general sports and recreation markets.
Gardner exits the company as CamelBak, recently purchased by Bear Stearns, enters a promising phase under new ownership and direction. “It is with utmost respect, faith and consideration that I have decided to leave CamelBak, a company which I truly believe has its greatest achievements yet to come,” states Robinson.
CamelBak has begun an active search to fill the position, looking to continue the good work that Robinson established. “We wish Gardner the best of luck,” states Glenn Gross, President of the company, “Looking to the future, CamelBaks position in the marketplace and our continued growth objectives makes for an exciting and challenging position for the right individual. We expect to meet some great candidates.”
Robinson, who will be with CamelBak through February, looks forward to spending time with his family and pursuing new career interests.
