361 Degrees has seen a number of its sponsored athletes earn medals at the Olympics in Rio.

The winners include:

  • Chinese swimmer Sun Yang won China’s first gold in the 200m freestyle. He also earned silver in the 400m freestyle.
  • 361 Degrees’ South African Federation athlete Chad Le Clos secured a silver in the 200m freestyle and has been stirring up his rivalry with Michael Phelps and the famous #phelpsface video.
  • Cameron van der Burgh, a South African swimmer, won silver in the men’s 100m breaststroke.
  • Anna Korakaki, 361 Degrees’ Greek Federation athlete, won gold in the women’s 25m air pistol and bronze in the 10m air pistol.
  • China’s Xu Jiayu won silver in the men’s 100m backstroke.
  • Fu Yuanhui, from China, won bronze in the women’s 100m backstroke.
  • South Africa’s men’s coxless rowing pair, Lawrence Brittain and Shawn Keeling, won silver.

361 Degrees has also been outfitting the volunteers, medical staff, referees and operational staff in uniforms including coats, shorts, caps, t-shirts, backpacks and shoes, totaling more than 107,000 uniform kits.
