Longstreth Sporting Goods hired Danielle Dike as its softball manager.

“We are thrilled to bring Danielle onto our team,” said John Schaefer of Longstreth. “She has an incredible passion not only for fastpitch softball, but also to help young female athletes in any way possible succeed in their endeavors.”

“I am beyond excited to have been given the opportunity to be the new softball manager at Longstreth. The game has given so much to me and now I have the opportunity to give back. Being able to work for Longstreth to help expand the game of fastpitch softball and to be able to get the proper equipment to those in the game will be a very fun and rewarding job,” said Dike, who joined the Longstreth team on July 5.

Danielle graduated from Georgia Tech in 2012, and has a Master’s degree from Liberty University in Sports Management. She was a four-year member of the Georgia Tech Softball team, where she played 3rd base and was a pinch hitter. Danielle coached at the University of South Carolina Upstate, a regular participant in the NCAA Division I tournament, for the past three years.

Longstreth has been supporting fastpitch softball for almost 30 years. Longstreth partners with key equipment manufacturers such as Easton, Louisville, DeMarini, Mizuno and Rawlings to offer a full range of softball equipment to young female athletes.

Located approximately 30 miles northwest of Philadelphia, PA, Longstreth supplies uniforms, equipment, footwear, and training gear for female athletes across the United States.
