Volkl Sport America will launch a technical performance outerwear line in the US for the Winter 04/05 season.
The collection will be positioned in the mid to high-end range of the market. The US line will be segmented into different collections.
In addition, Volkl is offering a complete line of accessory base layer pieces including soft zip necks, neoprene hoodies and waffle vests which will round out each collection.
Launched in Europe three years ago, Vlkls global apparel business experienced an astounding 60 percent growth in 03/04. The official launch in the US will be at SIA in January of 2004 and will be offered exclusively to Vlkls key hardgood retailers.
