GSI Outdoors has signed a new distribution agreement with Lyon Equipment Ltd in the U.K. Effective January 1, the new distributor will sell, market and support GSI Outdoors outdoor cookware, tableware and accessories products in England, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
The announcement was made by Don Scott, co-owner of GSI Outdoors.
“Lyon Equipment is well established in these countries with many years experience in the outdoor market. We know that they will increase our stronghold in the UK and Ireland and help grow our business in these markets while strengthening important partnerships with our retailers,” commented Don.
Lyon Equipment Ltd currently represents over 15 brands of outdoor, climbing, mountaineering and caving products. Their goal is to capitalize on this reach and help grow the GSI Outdoors brand to its capacity while providing exceptional service to their customers.
GSI Outdoors currently has agreements with other EU distributors in Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.
