Attracting Younger Talent to the Team Business
Team Dealers are no exception in facing the serious issue all business leaders face with the generational shift in the workforce. Aging Baby Boomers make up 35% of the workforce and they are creating an age bubble on the older end of the workforce. When the Baby Boomers retire, they leave with skill, knowledge, relationships and the last vestiges of the old-fashioned work ethic. Bruce Tulgan, who spoke to attendees in 2010, returns to talk about what it takes to attract and keep the current generations productive.

This session will provide seven change leadership strategies to turn intentions into action that enables your team to change more quickly and more often and shows how to identify behaviors of your team that are preventing change.
