Huffy Corporation announced Wednesday that the Board of Directors has elected Paul R. D'Aloia to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.
Don R. Graber, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, said, “I am extremely pleased to have Paul R. D'Aloia assume the responsibilities of President and Chief Operating Officer. This change strengthens our senior management team in support of our strategic vision of evolving into a billion dollar, diversified sporting goods and services to retail company. Paul brings a unique background to his new role having served as President and General Manager of Huffy Sports Company, President and General Manager of Huffy Service First and President and General Manager of Huffy Bicycle Company, before moving into his most recent position as President and General Manager of the Huffy Sports Group. I look forward to having Paul as a partner in running the business.”
From 1984 through 1996, D'Aloia held a number of sales and marketing positions with The Gillette Company and with Black and Decker Corporation, where his responsibilities included serving as National Sales Director and then General Manager of Home Products, prior to joining Huffy Corporation in 1997. D'Aloia holds a Bachelor of Science from Bucknell University and a Masters of Arts from Colgate University.
