Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse announced Kristen Picard as the companys new director of marketing and Brittany Moeller as the companys new womens buyer.

Picard will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive overall consumer engagement, brand awareness and sales across all communication platforms.

Picard joins Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse with nearly 10 years of experience in the retail footwear industry.  Most recently, Picard served as the Head of U.S. Womens Marketing and Merchandising for Reebok International.

Brittany Moeller also joins the team as a Womens Buyer, with 15 years of experience as a buyer in the footwear business. Moeller brings expertise in vendor partnerships, emerging trend identification, assortment planning and new business development.

In her new role, Moeller is charged with formulating an assortment of womens leading brands in footwear, handbags and small leather goods for more than 75 stores nationwide, in addition to the companys website.
