Industrial Revolution, the privately-held Washington manufacturer and distributor of outdoor accessories, added
three new hires to its sales, product design and supply chain teams and said it expects to hire more employees to other departments in the near future.

“Our employees are our foundation and without a team filled with passionate, high-integrity individuals, we wouldn’t be in the good standing we are today,” said Industrial Revolution President Graeme Esarey. “We’re looking forward to continuing our growth with the addition of these talented individuals.”

Candice Mann will hold the title of sales manager and will be responsible for sales growth and profitability in assigned market segments. On the design side of the company, new hire Colin Quinn will fill the role of junior product design engineer, working closely with the product development manager in the creation of new and innovative products. The company also hired a global supply chain manager, Prarthana Shyam, who will be responsible for supply chain planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Located in Washington’s Puget Sound region, Industrial Revolution’s employees are given an annual education allowance and are asked to be involved in the monitoring of the company’s green practices. The company recognizes that not every decision is driven by the bottom line and they endeavor to constantly improve the sustainability, efficiency and precision of their operations.
