LaserMax announces the filing of a complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware against Sellmark Corporation.
The complaint alleges infringement of LaserMax's U.S. Patent No. 7,743,547 by several Sellmark products. LaserMax seeks monetary damages, a finding that Sellmark willfully infringed LaserMax's patent and a finding that the case is exceptional.
LaserMax specializes in the design and manufacturing of high-tech laser diode modules for a number of industries including law enforcement, military and civilian gun enthusiasts.
