Pride/Softspikes announced that Scott Colabuono has been named Chief Operating Officer. Colabuono, who joined Pride in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer, will continue in this capacity while assuming the responsibilities of COO for the company.

Colabuono, who boasts more than 30 years of finance and operations expertise, including extensive global operations experience, will report to Bob Burr, the veteran Pride Golf Tee executive who was named President and Chief Executive Officer in February, 2003.

“Scott’s expertise in international operations, as well as his financial prowess, will be a tremendous asset as we continue the global growth of Pride/Softspikes, as well as the diversity of our custom wood turnings business,” said Burr.

As CFO/COO, Colabuono will help direct a business operation that employees nearly 600 people at seven facilities throughout the United States and England.
