Nike Inc. has hired Goldman Sachs to explore the sale of its Cole Haan and Umbro brands with a number of parties signing confidentiality agreements, sources told Reuters.
Pitch books are expected to be sent out in July, the sources said. Nike and Goldman Sachs declined comment on the report.
Nike has said it will complete the sales process of both brands by June 2013.
