American Rec has begun distributing its Slumberjack brand, including sleeping bags, tents, furniture, and other accessories in Canada through its Canadian Rec subsidiary.
“Slumberjack has enjoyed wide-ranging success in the US market, so extending our reach into Canada through Canadian Rec was a natural choice for us,” says Juan Lopez, international sales director for American Rec. “We’re excited to be distributing Slumberjack in Canada and look forward to forging relationships with our new Canadian retailer base.”
A wholly owned subsidiary of American Rec, Canadian Rec also distributes Sierra Designs, ISIS, Ultimate Direction, and Royal Robbins to the Canadian market.
