The Clymb, the private-sale e-tailer for the active outdoor lifestyle, has appointed Marc Angelo as its senior director of merchandising. Angelo brings with him more than 15 years of experience in outdoor, action sport and snow specialty retail, most recently with Evo.com where he oversaw the development and management of the company”s softgoods division.

Prior to that, Angelo spent eight years as a merchant and marketing manager for Sierra Trading Post in Cheyenne, Wyoming. “We are thrilled to add Marc to our growing team here at The Clymb

As show season is getting underway, Angelo will be hitting the road at Outdoor Retailer in Salt Lake City, UT and S.I.A in Denver, CO working with new and existing brand partners.

As an avid outdoor enthusiast, Angelo has skied, biked, kayaked and motorcycled on four continents. The Clymb gladly welcomes his adventurous spirit, his wife Annie and their son Ryder to the company's home in Portland, Oregon.
