Isis, the women’s active outdoor apparel brand, announced the appointment of Nikole Rock as its new director of design and development, Courtney Lewis as Isis’ new product manager, Tricia Hoke as product developer and Lyn Edwards as product designer. New members join recently appointed Brand Vice President, Kelly Gorder, and existing Isis Product Designer, Lyn Feinson to complete Isis’ product and design team.

Nikole Rock, a seasoned design and development executive, was previously with Hincapie Sportswear where she was responsible for all aspects of product design, development, and sourcing for the wholesale product division. Under her direction the wholesale division experienced significant growth and revenue. Rock also has extensive experience with REI designing apparel for both the women’s sportswear and cycling categories as well as luggage and packs. In her new position at Isis, Rock will manage all production efforts and execute strategies to improve sales and profitability with the growing brand.

New Product Manager, Courtney Lewis, joins the Isis team with a holistic and experienced background working previously as a Merchandising Manager, Retail Program Manager, and Customer Service Manager with Hincapie Sportswear.  In her new position, Lewis will be responsible for creating and executing an overall merchandise plan and launching new product concepts for Isis’ women’s specific apparel in the outdoor marketplace.

Tricia Hoke joins the Isis team as Product Developer. Her extensive background includes work with such brands as Smartwool, Keen shoes, Descente-Veltec Sports, Tehema Golf/Izod Golf in addition to crafting her own signature collection annually. Her keen and impressive eye for forward feminine fashion will ensure that new Isis collections will be both stylish and performance driven.

Lyn Edwards carries over 14 years of design experience working previously with brands such as SheBeest, GoLite, Gaiam, Royal Robbins, and be present. Her creativity and key experience in branding and design with performance knits, compression, and outerwear will be a tremendous attribute to the ISIS design team. ISIS has also retained designer,

Lyn Feinson, who has been essential in the production and growth of ISIS’ intimates and sportswear collections. Feinson has been with the ISIS brand for over 6 years.

The new design and product team will be led by new Brand Vice President, Kelly Gorder. Formerly of SmartWool, Gorder brings an immense amount of well-rounded experience to the ISIS brand. With her extended background as a product and merchandise manager to her work as Director of Sales and key accounts, Gorder’s experience paired with American Rec’s resources will help unify and grow the women’s specific brand in the outdoor channels and beyond.
