Dillard’s, Inc. reported merchandise sales for the four weeks ended Nov. 27, 2010 were $469.3 million compared to sales for the four weeks ended Nov. 28, 2009 of $437.9 million. 


Total sales increased 7%. Sales in comparable stores increased 8% for the four weeks ended Nov. 27, 2010.

Sales for the 43 weeks ended Nov.27, 2010 were $4.57 billion compared to sales for the 43 weeks ended Nov. 28, 2009 of $4.53 billion.


Total sales increased 1%. Sales in comparable stores increased 2% for the 43-week period.

During the four weeks ended Nov.27, 2010, sales were slightly above the average total Company trend in the Central and Eastern regions and below trend in the Western region. Sales of shoes and juniors’ and children’s apparel were significantly above trend during the four-week period while sales in the home and furniture category and the cosmetics category were significantly below trend.
